Patio Lovely place and great price. Rooms were super clean a bit on the dark side but other than that they were great, good sized single beds and the hallways are burning with a lovely oil insence. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us especially synithe I think her name is that works in the restaurant, she’s always around for breakfast. If they didn’t have something I asked for she would try and get, from green tea to bananas. Would Defo stay again, pool and view from there is very cool.

During my recent stay at the Patio Hotel & Urban Resort in Phnom Penh, I was thoroughly impressed. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making my experience truly enjoyable. One of the highlights was the rooftop infinity pool, offering stunning views of the city and the nearby Independence Monument. The central location was perfect, with many trendy restaurants and bars just steps away. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was delicious, featuring a variety of options to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

The breakfast was very diverse and had nice fruits, which is important to me since that’s mostly what I eat for breakfast. It is served on the top floor of the hotel, where the rooftop pool is located. In fact, this is the most valuable feature of the hotel. There is a pool with a great view, which is peaceful and not very crowded in the evening, mostly visited by hotel guests. The view of the city is very impressive. I really appreciated that—it’s a quiet escape from all the chaos down in the city center. The rooms are okay—“compact” is the right word. The staff speaks fluent English and is very polite, especially the bartenders upstairs—the guys—as well as the receptionists. You can leave your luggage there if you check in early.

This is going to compare it with the sister hotel they own 8 blocks away from this one. This seems older and the room really needed a new paint job .The TV are the same crappy ones from my first stay 10 years ago .Come on get something better. The pool does not get afternoon sun and so is a bit cold .The view is great just to sit up there . What is thought was terrible was too call down if you needed toiletries.Breakfast isn't too bad .Served on a nice rooftop patio with views just like the sister hotel with okay selection.Location good ,Bun Vietnamese is right there and is Very good.

Location is perfect. Lots in the area to access on foot (or tuk tuk for those who choose this as an option). Our third trip to Phnom Penh and we chose this for the lane way region. We had found the rooftop during our last visit and loved the liveliness of the area. Our room was directly above the laneways and we were not impacted by any noise. Friendly staff and we appreciated the late checkout, helped a lot with our late flight. Finally, great work on reducing single use plastics -glass bottles in rooms would be a brilliant next step in your journey.

We were upgraded upon arrival which was a nice surprise. All the staff throughout our stay were incredible and polite. The food was very good, especially the breakfast buffet. Our room was lovely with a great shower and comfortable bed. The roof top pool and bar area was beautiful at night and allowed us to relax at the end of a busy day in the streets below. Around the hotel are plenty of great restaurants and cafes if you want to try something different to the hotel menu, though this was still great. They allowed us to stay at the hotel after checking out and store our bags in a safe location whilst we waited for our evening flight at no extra charge. They also have turtles in the lobby pond area so what more do you want.

to me, this hotel is unusual but in a good way. i like the decor, the super firm mattress (best for sleeping), the super kind staff.. there was a bit of daytime noise in the area due to construction works but it didn't bother me and i actually did some work from the hotel too. the most memorable moment though was being greeted by a dog upon arrival:) not a hotel dog, just a local dog i think. a good intro into the culture shock that was awaiting and the many, many friendly dogs of cambodia that i would later see wherever i'd go. ps the amount of effort they put into making food look specially presentable is insane:)

My wife and I stayed at Patio Hotel for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed here after a very long travel day and wanted somewhere to just relax while we caught up on sleep and adjusted to the time zone. The room was wonderful, the air con was nice, and the bathrooms were clean. We loved the breakfast buffet in the morning and all of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We chose to do a 90 min Kmer Massage at the hotel spa and they booked it within an hour and it was wonderful! The spa facility was clean and the staff were fabulous.

Excellent location, lots of nice little bars and restos nearby, view over Wat Lanka at 6am while having breakfast is quite nice. Staff are attentive and responsive. Very nice to have a swim in the morning. Rooms are decent size and tastefully decorated.
